Please note paying via personal cheque may delay order pending clearance.

Items ordered are not allocated to customer until payment has been received and therefore may be purchased by another customer who has completed payment.  To avoid disappointment we recommend completing order, including payment as soon as possible.

Delivery, Postage & Packaging Information

Postal Charges - payable per order not item;  £3.50 - Lingerie/Hosiery      £3.50 / £4.50 - Costumes, Adult Products & Games     £5.50 - Footwear  (Highest postage cost applies).
Your order will be strictly confidential.  All items are packaged securely and with discretion in mind. No reference to content or ablush on exterior!!
All items are sent via First Class Recorded (UK Only) / Special Delivery/Next Day Delivery (UK Only) & International/Worldwide Signed For

Completed orders placed by 3pm on items detailed on website as 'In Stock'  will be dispatched same day.  In stock item orders after 3pm will be dispatched next working day. 
Please ensure the item you require is in stock before ordering (this will be stated beside size options in drop down box, if you do not see 'IN STOCK'  beside the size you require then that item will NOT be available for immediate dispatch).

We ask that you allow up to 28 days for delivery on all other items, including mail order.  Please note Allure PVC/Leather products may require a delivery time of up to 6 weeks as these products are often made to order.
On occasion were an item is not in stock and is unobtainable/delayed due to unforeseen circumstances you will advised as soon as possible and an alternative item can be taken or a full refund given. 
Buyer/Customer is liable for any customs/duty payable when buying from outside the EU, please keep this in mind when purchasing.
On occasions were items are an unusual shape or size we may use recycled packaging otherwise all packaging is new!!

Orders are dispatched to address submitted on your order.  Please ensure your details are correct as wrongly addressed orders will be returned to us and will incur a further postage charge (item will not be resent until this payment is received).  If you decide not to have item resent the postage cost will be deducted from refund.
In the rare case were the item/s you have ordered have sold out before item listing has been updated you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund.

Returns Policy

We are unable to offer refund or exchange on stockings/tights, gloves, petticoats, wigs, thongs/g-strings, board games & sutera products. 
Costumes / Playwear are eligible for refund/exchange, however, some will come with sealed items eg. stockings, headwear, etc.  please do not open the accessories packaging until costume has been tried on.  A refund/exchange will not be given if sealed packaging has been opened or tags have been removed/kimble tags broken.  If you are not 100% happy with your item/s (other than the above) we will be happy to offer you an exchange / refund.  
Please note:  Dreamgirl Red Diamond, Blue Diamond, Black Diamond & White Diamond items are not eligible for refund/exchange once opened.

Terms for refund/exchange

If you wish to return an item please contact us within 7 days of receipt and item must be received returned within 7 days of returns approval.

Items must be returned in original packaging with labels attached and unworn. All returned items will be checked for signs of wear, odours, etc.   If item/s appear to have been worn/used we reserve the right to return it to you (at your expense) without offering refund/exchange.  Please note: Any refunds are less the postage cost of sending item/s to you and are returned to us at buyer's expense.  Refunds for returned items purchased with free P & P will have the cost of posting deducted from refund.  In the case were an order has been dispatched with postage cost greater than cost charged refund will be less actual postage cost.

Please note any items returned not meeting the above requirements will be not be eligible for refund or exchange and will incur an additional charge £3.50/£4.50 to cover cost of re-dispatch (if this additional charge has not been paid within 21 days of notification the item/s will be destroyed).

Please send all returned items via recorded delivery (Insured Up To £36) or Special Delivery (Insured Up To £500).  Please ensure you select correct postage method to cover cost of package in the event of loss or damage in transit. Ablush Lingerie & Costumes are not liable for any postage costs, loss or damage of returned goods and sender will be responsible for making claim.  Please allow up to 7 working days for refund to processed/completed.
